FINANCING INCENTIVES
There are five types of financial assistance available to individuals or corporations wishing to establish new plants or to expand existing facilities.
- Conventional Indiana Economic Development Authority Act (Acts of 1965, CH 318 mortgage insurance)
- The Industrial Development Fund (Acts of 1965, CH 186)
- The Municipal Economic Development Act (Acts of 1965, CH 402)
- Washington/Daviess County Industrial Revolving Fund
